I drove up to visit my parents in Virginia on April 9th, 2007. It was 838 miles door to door.....LONG drive !! It was worth it, though, as we had a wonderful visit. I was also able to visit with my cousin, Kathleen, who lives, with her family, in Appomattox and with my girlfriend, Pam, who lives in Amherst. Here are some pictures from my trip:

Yes....I took this as I was driving. This was all the traffic headed North at the end of spring break. Was I ever glad I was headed South !!!!!!
